Coaching Through Change & Uncertainty Course (Coaching in Practice Series 2027)
Coaching Through Change & Uncertainty is a six-hour professional development course exploring how coaches can support clients as they navigate transitions, ambiguity, disruption, and circumstances in which the path forward may not yet be clear.
Across three live, interactive sessions, you’ll explore foundational concepts related to change and uncertainty; learn alongside guest expert Marsha Lovett; and reflect on and practice coaching approaches that help clients make sense of changing circumstances, explore competing emotions and perspectives, identify what is within their influence, and determine how they want to move forward.
The course is designed to help you remain present with uncertainty rather than rushing toward solutions while supporting greater client awareness, agency, choice, and client-generated responses to change.
Each course includes three live sessions featuring foundational learning, a guest expert conversation, and integration and coaching practice.
The course includes 6 hours of live instruction and is currently pending approval for 6 ICF CCE credits (5 Core Competency + 1 Resource Development).
